GS Trade Program
When your client asks for a golf simulator, don't send them to an equipment website.
We take the whole building — siting, design, engineering, permitting, foundation, envelope, systems, interior and golf — as a separate structure on the property. Your project keeps moving. You keep the client relationship, and you never have to become a golf technology expert to deliver one.
What your client actually asked for.
The client says "I want a golf simulator." What they actually want is a building to put it in. The gap between those two sentences is where these projects go wrong.
Eight feet of ceiling discovered after the fact. A structure sited two feet inside a setback. Power run undersized. A $25,000 launch monitor hanging in something that reads like a storage shed with turf in it. None of that is a hardware problem — it's a building problem, and it gets solved on paper or it gets solved expensively.
We close that gap on your project without making it your problem.
How we work with you.
Referral
You hand the building off. We site it, design it, permit it, build it and commission it, and keep you in the loop the whole way. The client stays yours — we're the specialist you brought in, not the company that took over.
Sub-trade
We come in under your contract as the golf building scope. One line item, one point of contact, our crew coordinating with yours on site work, utilities, foundation and finish.
Site planning support
Early consult on siting, setbacks, grade, utility runs and rough budget while the site plan is still on paper — before the driveway is poured and every fix has a price.
The Push Cart angle
For realtors and developers: The Push Cart sits on piers rather than a poured foundation, so it doesn't permanently alter the property and it can leave with the client when they move. Useful on spec homes, staged properties and clients who aren't sure they're staying. Permit and zoning requirements still apply and vary by town — we verify locally.
Spec + handoff
We write the specification package your existing crews build to. You keep the trades you trust. We handle technology selection, commissioning and calibration.
What partners get.
Referral compensation is structured per relationship and per state rules. We'll tell you exactly how it works for your license and your market before you send us anyone — and we won't put a number on a web page to get your attention.
- Design assistance on the simulator scope
- Early feasibility reviews on site plans, surveys and elevations
- Trade terms where the relationship supports it
- Co-marketing and photography rights on completed projects
- Specification documents your crews can build from
- Project consultation through construction
- White-glove handoff back to you at completion
Get us in while the site plan is being drawn.
Setbacks, lot coverage, grade, tree clearing, the utility trench and where the driveway turns are all close to free to solve on paper. After the site is cut and the driveway is poured, every one of them has a price.
Bring us in during design and the golf building stops being an afterthought dropped in the back corner. It becomes part of the site plan, oriented properly, with power already headed its way.
Send the site plan early. Even a rough survey. We'll mark up what we'd change and what it costs you to ignore us.
